A social media review examines the accessibility of text, emojis, hashtags, images, audio, video, and data visualizations on your platforms. The goal is to ensure your content is usable and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
My reviews are designed to help you create more accessible and inclusive posts going forward, enabling you to reach a wider audience.

When to have a social media review
If you haven’t had a social media review yet, now is the time to have one. It’s a good idea to conduct a review to ensure your content complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and is as accessible as possible, especially if you’re about to launch a new campaign.
Deliverables and pricing
Each social media platform review costs $350.
Reviews look at your company’s profile page and up to 15 posts. I’ll select posts that include different types of content, such as images, videos, and linked documents and websites, so you can get the most from my recommendations. You’ll receive:
- a report highlighting areas to improve in the future
- examples and best practices to guide your improvements
- 10% off any consultancy service
You can choose to receive the results in a written report or both a report and a Google Meet discussion.
For reviews covering 2 or more social media platforms, or a follow-up review after you’ve made improvements, email hello@uxwithela.com.
